Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can I get a prototype of a new design?
For standard 3D printed geometric pieces, prototype lead time is 3–5 business days from receiving your 3D file or sketch. No tooling cost.
What file format should I send for a custom design?
We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF formats. We also accept 2D sketches or reference images and can model the 3D file for you at a small design fee.
Can you do multi-colour prints?
Yes — we support dual-material filament printing and manual colour-change printing for gradient or two-tone effects. Resin prints can also be hand-painted or dip-dyed.
Are these suitable as retail products?
Yes. We produce EN71 and ASTM F963 compliant versions. We can also supply REACH documentation and Prop 65 compliance statements for US/EU retail.
